- Introduction Our Quality Department;
Evaluates the pre-approval process for each product that will enter the production area. While making these evaluations during the production time, MFI Test, Ash Test, Moisture Determination, Carbon Determination, Color Measurements as well as Certificate of Analysis, TDS, MSDS documents of the products are checked.
- In our new Color Working Department;
The new customer colors that will work for the first time cover most of our laboratory, we perform fast studies and sample presentations by using our strong color archive for each new color to be made.Because of differentiation of our every customer has their own production method and technology, this department takes huge apart at first sample presentation . Our equipment used is the same as our customers' one-to-one production methods. In addition to our Blow Film blowing machine, Cast Film machine, Injection machine, Nonwoven - PP Yarn machine, Cylinder Dough machines, Ash Test, Carbon Test, MFI Test, color measurement methods are used in the spectrophotometer. After the color values are approved, the color sample is stored in our laboratory archive and your first sample presentation is made.

In this department, which we approach with the philosophy that quality is not controlled, it is produced, we provide controls according to the usage areas of our customers.

It covers the review and entire approval process of new pigments and additives.
